Who we are

This website is run by Mervenor, Colombo, Sri Lanka. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• What you send through the contact form: your name, work email, company website, the situation you describe and, if you tell us, how you heard about us.
• Booking details when you book a call through Cal.com: your name, email address and the time you choose.
• Anonymous visit statistics from Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare for the call you asked for. For business-to-business outreach to corporate contacts, we rely on legitimate interests; you can object at any time and we will stop.

Who processes it

Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Cal.com (call booking) and Google Workspace (email). Each processes data under its own data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: 24 months.
• Outreach records: until you object.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, or object to its use. Write to [email protected].

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
