Your developer or agency has gone.
The app runs, nobody knows how, and the roadmap is frozen.
We recover access, write down what is there and make it safe to change.
Start with the auditFor web applications that already exist
If your web application is unstable, out of date, or the developer who built it has gone, you do not need a rebuild. You need someone senior to take it over, make it safe, bring it up to date and keep it moving — at a fixed price, starting with a five-day audit.

02What we do
Most software companies build new apps from scratch. We look after the ones that already exist: we check what is there, fix what is breaking, move it onto supported technology, keep it healthy every month and build what comes next. Every engagement starts with the audit, because we do not quote fixed prices on code we have not read.
Every price is fixed and written into the scope before work starts.

You describe the situation; we tell you what we would check first and whether we are the right fit.
Read-only access to your code and environments. You receive the report and the plan whether or not you continue.
Fixed scope and price, 50% on signature and 50% on acceptance. All work in your repositories and accounts from day one.
Keep the application healthy and keep shipping, or take it back in-house with a clean handover.
04Why us
No account manager and no hand-off to a junior team.
We use AI-assisted engineering to read code, make repetitive changes and draft tests, and keep that speed in the price instead of billing hours. Every change is reviewed by a person.
Our public work is on the Work page, our process is written down, and every price is agreed in writing before work starts.
We work 03:30–12:30 UTC, Monday to Friday. In your time (UTC) that is 03:30–12:30. Outside these hours everything is async and in writing, with a reply by the next working day.
Scale: your time (UTC)
Live overlap with your working day: 09:00–12:30. That is the best time for calls.
